Riverside Animal Clinic now offers laser surgery for cat declaw procedures, spays, neuters, tumor removals and other surgery. Laser surgery has many benefits: less pain and swelling, less blood loss and a faster recovery time. Laser surgery is quicker for the veterinarian so less anesthesia is used.

Joining Dr. Carlson, Shakir and Niznik at Riverside is Dr. Kalina Irizarry-Rodriguez. Dr. Rodriguez is a native of Puerto Rico and speaks fluent Spanish for those who prefer a Spanish speaking doctor.
